GHSF Anonymous Tips is an internal, integrated system that seeks to promote and meet the company’s values and institutional principles, encouraging proper behavior and supporting ethical standards that guide our actions, so that we have a healthy work environment.

The Code of Ethics and Conduct is key to strengthening or ethical culture. It is our employees’ responsibility to be familiar with the Code, to understand and apply it all times, and to report any behavior that is in violation of it.

To aid in this we have made the GHSF Anonymous Tips website available to our employees, where they can report anything simply, safely, reliably and confidentially.

These reports are followed up on by an external consulting firm with vast experience in this area. The firm also has an Ethics Call Line at its service center, which is another unbiased, safe and confidential way to file a complaint.

Anonymous Tips is committed to keeping the complainant’s identity safe if so required by him/her. Anonymous Tips will only use the information provided by the complainant to prepare a report that will be sent to the GHSF Ethics Committee, where the reported facts will be analyzed and corresponding action will be determined to find a solution to the reported fact.
