INTERNSHIPS

We provide undergraduate students an opportunity to complete an internship in our management and operations areas. Such internships help students gain work experience right at the end of their studies, therefore reducing any potential obstacles when looking for jobs within the service industry.

TAPATÓN

Selected hotels: Krystal Cancún, Krystal Grand Punta Cancún, Krystal Urban Cancún Key partnerships: Children’s High Specialty Regional Hospital “Dr. Rodolfo Nieto Padrón” and Anti-Child Cancer Alliance.

We contributed to the collection of plastic caps, which we donated towards cancer treatment for children.

COMBINING EFFORTS, REBUILDING DREAMS

We help our employees improve the condition of their homes, which might be deteriorating due to lack of economic resources, through donations and collections throughout the year.

The hotel industry is moving forward with a potential solution to unemployment among young people. It provides support to individuals of vulnerable groups, including young survivors of human trafficking, so that they can reintegrate into society as valuable and productive members.

We support the educational development of vulnerable children through Ministerios de Amor (Ministries of Love), through sports, cultural and recreational activities.

SANDWICHES FOR THE SOUL

Selected hotel: Hilton Garden Inn Monterrey

The large number of migrants passing through Monterrey are usually low on resources. We give them food and a little love, and we wish them well as they continue on their journeys.

SAFE SHELTER: CASA HOGAR

We provide joyful moments to kids and teenagers by spending some time with them and donating food, clothes, bedding, and towels.

Our employees help to meet basic needs and to improve the conditions in retirement homes, scheduling periodic visits between residents and hotel employees, and participating in programs in which we can integrate the community with people in retirement homes, and thus exchange experiences.

RECYCLE YOUR CLOTHING

Krystal Cancún, Krystal Grand Punta Cancún, Krystal Urban Cancún Alianza de valor: Recicla tu ropa, A.C.

We collect clothing to give to the organization Recicla tu ropa, which donates these items to vulnerable communities in the region. It is a sustainable, ecological and supportive alternative for the community’s residents.
