Our operating model is characterized by its
multifunctional, efficient base and strict expense
control, which allows us to quickly react and adapt to
the industry’s changing needs. Part of our strategy is to
incorporate hotel assets that have strategic value and
that offer us potential long-term growth and
profitability in different relevant markets.
We have the ability to add assets to our existing portfolio either by purchasing or developing properties, or by entering into operating contracts with hotel owners. Our diversified portfolio of properties, our profit-focused management, and our multi-brand strategy help us win contracts to operate third-party hotel assets.
Our hotels serve the four star, five star and grand tourism (high-end) markets in Mexico, using European plans and all-inclusive models. We also have Vacation Club plans, which allow us to balance the occupancy of our hotels throughout the year, ensuring income from maintenance fees and generating potential customers who provide income through other means, such as food and beverages.
