Our operating model is characterized by its multifunctional efficiency base and strict expense control that allows rapid adaptation and reaction to the changing needs of the industry. Part of our strategy is to incorporate hotel assets that have strategic value for us and offer us potential long-term growth and profitability in different relevant markets.
We have the ability to add assets to our existing portfolio either through the purchase or development of properties or through operating contracts with hotel owners. We believe that our diversified portfolio of properties, our management capacity focused on generating profitability and our multi-brand strategy, helps us in obtaining agreements for the operation of hotel assets of third parties.
Our hotels serve the four, five star and grand tourism (high end) markets in Mexico with the European plan models and all inclusive (all inclusive). Additionally, we have Vacation Club plans, which allow us to balance the occupancy of our hotels throughout the year, ensuring income from maintenance fees and generating potential customers for consumption of other income (mainly food and beverages).
